This is the Tropical Cyclone Cold Wakes Database.

The subdirectories contained here hold all tropical storm files for that data type.
For example, the subdirectory "sst_modis_aqua" contains files of MODIS data from Aqua for each tropical cylone.
The files are named by storm serial number.  There are two types of files, one organized by Julian day, the other organized by storm. 

To translate storm serial number into storm year, name and basin or vice versa, see the IBTrACS_SN2Name_Table.csv
